The Judges...
Dr. Betty Devine
Dr. Betty Devine founded and directs The Houston Choral Society which just celebrated its 15-year anniversary and has performed major works with orchestras including the Weber Requiem, the Verdi Requiem, and Carmina Burana in such venues as The Wortham Theater Center and Moores Opera House.
Ginger Gibson
Born into a family of professional musicians and music educators, Ginger Gibson gave her first stage performance at the tender age of three, and began her formal studies at age eight. She soon began a piano concertizing career, even winning two instrumental arrangement awards, but shifted her concentration to voice after winning over 30 vocal contests before graduation, including first place at the annual vocal competition of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
Dr. Todd Miller
Since 1996 he has served as Professor of Music at Kingwood College, Kingwood, Texas, where he teaches voice, conducts the Chamber Singers and directs the Summer Opera Workshop. In addition he is the artistic director and conductor of the Kingwood Chorale and Chamber Orchestra.
