About the Jurors...
Mike de la Flor - A published author, instructor and artist. His clients have included, NASA/SAIC, Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Texas, and MD Anderson Cancer Center among others. His work has been published in numerous academic book and journals, as well as commercial magazines. For more information visit, www.delaflor.comJanice Kite - Owner and operator at Kite and Associates, an award-winning graphic design studio. Organized in 1980, it specializes in high-quality design , logos, brochures, illustrations and watercolors. In the past, Janice has taught design and layout in graphic design students at the Art Institute of Houston, juried numerous art shows in Houston and surrounding areas. She also is a well known silversmith enameling and teacher of cloisonne.
Steven Sessions - Owns a 21-year Design Firm providing Visual Design, Brand Strategy and Consulting Services to companies large and small in a wide variety of industries. Sessions has won nearly 170 medals and awards in regional and national juried competitions for creativity. Several pieces he has created have been nominated for inclusion in The Permanent Archives of the U.S. Library of Congress. His design work was chosen for Cultural Exchange Exhibit in Bejing China, sponsored by the Art Directors Club of N.Y. samples of his work have been featured in nearly 60 design and business magazines and books.
